Try free, then buy with a 7-day promise. If we cannot provide you with a working service within 7 days of payment, we fix it or refund you in full.
Before you buy
Every new customer can take the free 24-hour trial to check channels and stability on their own device and internet first.
When you can get a refund
On any plan length and any number of connections: if your login is not delivered, or the service does not work and our support cannot resolve it, request a refund within 7 days of payment.
When refunds do not apply
- Changing your mind after using the service normally.
- Purchases made in third-party player apps.
- Problems caused only by your own device, network or internet provider.
- Accounts suspended for breaking the terms.
How to ask
Use the contact form, choose "Payment", and include the email address you ordered with. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
